Privacy and optional analytics

AO Talent Connect uses Microsoft Clarity only when you choose to allow analytics. The service helps us understand how public opportunity pages are used so that we can improve their navigation and usability.

What analytics covers

If you allow analytics, Clarity can collect interactions such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and technical browser information on the homepage, opportunity list, and public opportunity detail pages. We do not use Clarity's Identify API and do not deliberately send names, email addresses, candidate identifiers, CV content, or application information to Clarity.

Protected areas are excluded

Collection is stopped and page content is explicitly masked on account, profile, application, authentication, registration, password, and administration routes. Clarity also masks input and dropdown content. The Clarity project must remain in Strict masking mode as an additional operational safeguard.

Your choice

Clarity is not loaded until you select "Allow analytics". Your preference is saved in the ao_analytics_consent cookie for up to one year. This cookie contains only your granted or denied preference. Use the "Analytics settings" button on a public page to change or withdraw your choice at any time.

Service provider
